Englora English Center provides live, online English classes across three programs: Kids English, General English, and IELTS Prep. Classes are conducted via video call in small groups of 6-8 students, on a fixed weekly schedule.

2.2 No Online Checkout

Englora does not sell courses through an automated online checkout or subscription system. Course enrollment, scheduling, and payment are confirmed directly between you (or your child's parent/guardian) and our team or assigned teacher, via chat (Zalo/Messenger) or phone.

2.3 Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party. You agree not to:

• Use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission

2.4 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and curriculum outlines — is the property of Englora English Center or its licensors, unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

2.5 Enrollment and Class Participation

• Enrollment is confirmed once a student (or parent/guardian) has agreed on a program, schedule, and course fee with our team or teacher.

• Students are expected to attend classes at their confirmed weekly time slot. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on missed classes and rescheduling.

• Englora reserves the right to reassign teachers, adjust class schedules, or combine/split classes when necessary, with reasonable notice to affected students.

2.6 Outcome Commitments

Program-specific outcome commitments (e.g. IELTS band score targets) are subject to the terms communicated at the time of enrollment, including attendance and homework completion requirements. Details are available in each program's description and will be confirmed directly with your teacher.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

Englora English Center provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accurate information on this website and consistent teaching quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or specific individual outcomes beyond what is explicitly committed to in writing at enrollment.

2.8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law.
